Payment Term configuration not obtaining the desired result

I need to create a new Payment Terms that involves that payment will be made after 30 days on the 10th of the month.

For example if the Document date is 18.05.2024 calculated due date should be 10.07.2024

Document date 18.05.2024 + 30 days --> 17.06.2024--> 10.07.2024 (day 10th)

Another example if the Document date is 02.06.2024 calculated due date should be 10.07.2024 as well

Document date 02.06.2024 + 30 days --> 02.07.2024 --> 10.07.2024 (day 10th)

I have done many different configurations for the new Payment Terms but I don’t get any combination to calculate net due date 10.07.2024 in both cases when Document date is 18.05.2024 and 02.06.2024.

Do you know if there is a way to configure the Payment Terms to get the result that I need?

Hi,

Your term from Document date is "Net 30 days on the 10th of the month".

In tx. OBB8, you may try to configure a term with settings in the "Payment Terms" section as

Percentage: 0,000

No. of Days: 30

Fixed Day: 10

Additional months: 0

Note that under "Baseline date for calculation", "Fixed Date" and  "Additional Months" should be left as '0' and the "Default for baseline date" should be the Document Date.

In this way, your actual calculated due date would be the 10th and could vary between 30 to 59 days from Document date.

Kind regards,

Georgios

I have already tried doing this like you say in tx. OBB8, you may try to configure a term with settings in the "Payment Terms" section as Percentage: 0,000 No. of Days: 30 Fixed Day: 10 Additional months: 0 Note that under "Baseline date for calculation", "Fixed Date" and "Additional Months" should be left as '0' and the "Default for baseline date" should be the Document Date. But this is not working because I put the Document date 18.05.2024 and the calculated Net due date is being 10.06.2024 instead od 10.07.2024 which is what I would expect
