Hello Community,

After accessing the App Manage Payment Media - ID F1868, you downloaded the Payment Media File and the Chinese / Japanese characters are converted in hashtag #.

How to have this case corrected?

Hello Community,

The code page of Payment Medium Format needs to be directed to correct Unicode, check the Preconfigured Code Pages.

The code page is only used for payment media downloading and not relevant to the MBC channel. If you would like to customize the code page, you need to create your own customized format in creating payment media format SSCUI.

Please check the details under the KBA ‎##2837003 - Payment Media File with hashtag ‎#.

Best Regards,

Cristiane

To configure payment media, use SCCUI 102569 - Create Payment Medium Formats.

There are a number of payment media ready to be used in the SCCUI.
