Payment Advice Note Email+Print

Hi All,

I have a requirement like i have to email and print the Payment advice note.

For email : I have copied the Stnd function module SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 to the Z one and assigned to the T-code BF44.Its working fine...

How can i achieve Print option along with this??

Thanks all...i altered the standard program to send both email and spool and its working now...

Hi Karthik,

As suggested by Ravi, please modify your Z function module associated with the BTE to incorporate both email and print options. By default the sample FM provided by SAP only contains one option.

Hi Ravi,

I understand 2040 process helps to send the medium of send.... there i am setting it as "I" i want print along with "I".Is that achievable.

Akhilesh is right.

You please ask your ABAPer to look into the SAP notes that I have provided and modify the FM accordingly to meet your requirements.
