Pasting multiple components in maintenance order component screen

Hello all,

May I know if there's any way to paste multiple components at once in the component screen,

Like copying from spreadsheet like 100 line items from spreadsheet then directly pasting in the component screen,

Or is there any button that needs to be activated via SAP note or Business Function?

Currently, SAP does not provide a standard feature that allows you to directly paste multiple components from Excel into the Components tab of a Maintenance Order (IW31 / IW32). The standard functionality only supports copying components from an existing order or template, but bulk pasting from the clipboard is not available. However, it is possible to use a script-based approach as a workaround.

The standard and recommended method is to prepare a Bill of Material (BOM) for the equipment or functional location (using transaction IB01). Then, in the Components tab of the order(IW31-IW32), by clicking the List button, all items from the BOM will be displayed, and you can select all of them directly from the menu.
