Error during copy of partner: Partner role SP

Message no. VL864

while creation of delivery, it is not allowing the creation for delivery.... getting this error.

please provide the solution.

Hello,

Please check if the sold to party is still a valid partner. Check if the partner function SP is present in the partner procedure assigned to the delivery.

actually its already assigned in VOPAN still i dont get it, why this error is occuring
