HI,

Check the configuration for partner determination:

SPRO->Materials ManagementPurchasingPartner Determination-Partner Settings in Purchasing Documents > Define Partner Schemas> 0002Normal Purchase Ordr--set the partner function as mandatory, so it will adopt during PO.

hi

have u assigned the schema to doc type. Also u need not mark these fields as mandatory in the schema. check the schema once again. for VN both mandatory and no change should be ticked. for rest you need not do anything. Also in vendor schema for VN check no change field.

Thanks
