Partial GR at HU level and logistical processing for skip lot

I am facing the same issue as described in SAP Note 3279727 (valid for S4CORE, 107):

"You work with QM in EWM and post the goods receipt at HU level (partial GR). In accordance with the corresponding setting in Customizing, you want the stock in the warehouse to be posted to unrestricted-use stock immediately if a skip inspection lot was created. This process does not work in full"

However, the note does not apply to our system, as we have an ECC System (SAP_APPL, 618) and no embedded EWM.

As described in the note, there should be a customizing setting allowing the stock in the warehouse to be posted to unrestricted-use stock immediately if a skip inspection lot was created (when posting goods receipt at HU level).

However, I could not find the relevant customizing setting. Does anyone know where this setting can be found and what to configure?
