Parked document deletion but material document does not exist

Hi All

I have parked document posted which has created material document and FI document

while trying to deleted the FI parked document , it throws error that materiel document does not exist

dont know how materiel document got deleted without deleting FI document

now I unable to delete Parked FI document

please advise

Hi all

Parked document in MIR7 and this will create  as shown below

Invoice document 5105624484 was parked ( Accountng Documnt: 5100000824 )

Issue : -

Normally when we delete the  Original document 5105624484 this will also delete the accounting document .

however in this case accounting document still exist but the invoice document got deleted

Now we are unable to delete the accouting document it now since it looks for the original document

can you please elaborate the process with t code .Please put in steps with t code

because a parked doc will not generate FI entry .

Hi ,

By which transaction code you are created parked document. If it is through MIRO / MIR7 ,you would have to go for MIR7 and delete the same. If it is direct finance entry ,you must have delete through FBV0.

Hello Balasubramaniyan,

Changes to the park document can be viewed using the t code FBV5. Use FBVO to delete the parked document.

Material document will create when you will do some material stock related entry.

During park invoice, there are no material document number created. It will create one invoice document number and one accounting document number.

Kindly post your error message number with screen shot.
