Palnned order generated for a completed outbound delivery

Hi to all;

I submit to you this case of which I cannot explain why a planned order is generated for an outbound delivery which is completed document flow and MD50 result are below.

In the flow there is a cancellation of the goods issue. However the delivery is always completed. Is this normal and whey planned order is generate ?
