PAL and MTO

Hi Experts, 

I am observing the following scenario in the case of MTO: 

PAL setup: 1. We are using Sales PAL is based on MAD. 2. PAL is on the monthly bucket with no forward/backward consumption. Product Allocation is as follows: Sept -2; Oct- 2; Nov-1 

MTO Scenario: Sales Order (SO) created for Configurable material MTO scenario with 1 qty. Planned Order created after MRP run. 

RDD: 11/20 and Forward scheduling happens post Planned Order creation, there are 2 schedule line one is on 11/20 with 0 quantity and another one is 01/28 with 1 qty. 

If we check the PAL consumption, we can find that we consumption happened from Oct month but not from Jan month where actual confirmation happens. In short, in case of forward scheduling (e.g. with 2 schedule lines) PAL consumption is based on Ist schedule line (which is not confirmed actually) but not the 2nd schedule line which is expected. 

We are Using SAP version 2022 with no SBC. 

Anyone faced the above issue for MTO scenario ? Please help.
