Overall Release of Purchase Requisition by Accounting Object Responsible

Hello,

for the Purchase Requisition Release there are two scenarios available in public cloud:

• Overall Release of Purchase Requisition (WS02000458)
• Release of Purchase Requisition Item (WS02000471)

In Release of Purchase Requisition Item (WS02000471), it is possible to set recipients of Workflow Steps as "Accounting Object Responsible".

In Overall Release of Purchase Requisition (WS02000458) the "Accounting Object Responsible" is not given as a recipient in public cloud standard.

Is there nevertheless a way to set up Overall Release of Purchase Requisition by Accounting Object Responsible, for example via Agent Determination by BAdI (MMPUR_WORKFLOW_AGENTS_V2)?

I know that the account assignment information is stored on item level. However, can BAdI MMPUR_WORKFLOW_AGENTS_V2 on header level access this information from the item level?
