Dear SAP,
OVA8 missing options after system upgrade from ECC to S/4.
Where to maintain the settings that were available in OVA8 (e.g. maximum document value)
Hello,
On S/4HANA the available credit management is SAP Credit Management (FSCM).
For FSCM the individual credit checks are grouped under the SAP Credit Management.
The credit check steps are assigned to a check rule and the configuration is no longer maintained in OVA8 transaction.
SAP Credit Management credit checks can be maintained under the following IMG Path:
SPRO -->
Financial Supply Chain Management
Credit Management
Credit Risk Monitoring
Credit Limit Check
Define Checking Rules
Here you can maintain the maximum document value for the credit check step or also on credit segment level.
The following five parameters can be maintained on segment level:
CREDIT_HORIZON - Credit Horizon in Days
MAX_OVDUE_PC - Percentage Overdue
MAX_OVDUE_DAYS - Number of Days
PAY_HIST_LIMIT - Limit for Amt from Payment Behavior
MAX_DOC_VAL - Maximum Doc. Value
Useful documentation for FSCM credit checks topic:
2788718 - Configuration checklist for SAP Credit Management (FSCM)
2207394 - FSCM less credit checks in OVA8
2761313 - Maintain Credit Checks for SAP Credit Management (FSCM)
2926009 - Credit check step per segment customizing in SAP Credit Management (FSCM)

Edina

Hello,
The OVA8 seasonal factor is not available in the same form, but there is the option to assign "Further Information"/"Additional Information" on the business partner, which will be calculated on top of the stored credit limit. There are different Information categories available for FSCM
The below SAP documentation explains this further:
