Output Type not showing in VF03 after 7.4 SP25 Upgrade in SAP ECC

Hi,

We recently upgraded our ECC system to 7.4 SP25 from 7.4 SP13.

After upgrade, when we create billing document in VF01 and try to open in either display or change mode of that billing document, the output disappears.

But NAST table gets updated with the corresponding entry. No issues in that.

Not sure why the output type is getting disappeared. I debugged the standard code and notice that the following program is changed after upgrade which causes this issue.

Can anyone came across this issue and is there any solution for this?

I have already checked all the config side as well as any SAP note for this. I dont find anything.
