Hi there,
Has anyone seen this before? I have checked the form and can't see any logic/reference to it. I seem to remember it also happened after we went live.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Simon ,
The 'TEST COPY' watermark is supposed to be shown if the displayed PDF document is in preview - output item is status ‘In Preparation’ or ‘To Be Output’.
That means the document gets rendered on the fly. So, if your printing the document using the "PRINT" functionality provided as standard, then the printing should bedone without the watermark TEST COPY.
Is the watermark appearing in actual printed invoices ? if yes then i think the behaviour is wrong and might require an incident to be created for it to be checked.
Thanks
