Regarding PDF output of manufacturing instructions, is there a way to output them all at once (download multiple instructions as a PDF all at once)?
I understand that  select and output individual instructions in the manufacturing instruction inquiry (CO03).
To output multiple instructions, I need to repeat this process, so I was wondering if it would be possible to output them all at once.I would appreciate it if you could tell me about the relevant application, possible operation plans, past operation examples, etc.

Hello,

While there isn't a direct "download all as one PDF" button within the standard CO03 transaction for multiple manufacturing instructions simultaneously, here are the relevant applications, possible operation plans, and past operation examples to achieve a similar outcome:

Relevant Applications and Transactions:

CO04N (Mass Processing - Print): This transaction is specifically designed for mass processing of production orders, including printing shop floor papers. While it's primarily for production orders, it can likely be configured to include the printing of associated manufacturing instructions if they are set up as output types for the production order.

Operation Plan:
Select multiple production orders for which you need the manufacturing instructions.
Navigate to Logistics -> Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Control -> Print (CO04N).
In the "List" field, explore options like "Order headers" or other relevant objects that might include attachments or links to manufacturing instructions.
Configure the "Mass processing - Print" tab with your desired print settings and output format (if PDF is an option).
Execute the mass print function.
Past Operation Examples: Users have utilized CO04N for mass printing of various production order documents. You would need to investigate if your system's output configuration links manufacturing instructions to the production order output.
COHV (Mass Processing for Production Orders): This is another powerful transaction for mass processing production orders. It offers various functions, including printing.

Operation Plan:
Select multiple production orders.
Go to Logistics -> Production -> Shop Floor Control -> Control -> Mass Processing -> Production Orders (COHV).
In the selection screen, filter the orders as needed.
Choose the "Print shop floor papers" function from the available options.
Configure the print parameters and output settings.
Execute the mass processing.    LowesKidsWorkshop
Past Operation Examples: COHV is commonly used for mass release, technical completion, and printing of production orders.
