Output Message -> MAHN in S/4

Dear Experts, 
My case is about S/4 Hana Output Management and it relates to transaction OPD(not NAST) .

I am trying to create an Output Message -> MAHN within a RFQ (REQUEST_FOR_QUOTATION). I want to remind RFQs. The RFQ is not created on the basis of purchase requisitions/PO or contract. It is purely created with ME41.  

In ECC there is a transaction ME91F by this it is possible to create a Output Message MAHN.

I need the same possibility in S/4 Hana. We are on (S4CORE 108).

Did you check the SAP note 2441352, 550919, 2864040

Hi Annadurai, Thank you but OSS 2864040 is interesting however it is about Purchase Order and not about RFQ. For PO it is working but not for RFQ.
