Hello,
we setup a condition record for sales order confirmation and we have to put in a printer here.
Is there a way in the condition record to tell the system to use the printer from the user master record instead to put a printer in the condition record?
I know the way to put in LOCL as printer, but the question is if there is another way.
Request clarification before answering.
Hello Bernhard,
Please check your Output Type Configuration in V/30.
Check if, Under Tab - Print, the Print Parameter is set to User.
Also refer "SAP Note 1461071 - User defined printer not populating output type in SD" for sequence of Printer search in SAP Standard.
Thanks,
Jignesh.

Hello schoeberl_b,
Go to Menu----->System----->User Profile------>Own Data
Click on "Defaults" tab and set output device in Spool Control and check.
Confirm if it's works for you.

Hello schoeberl_b,
Just to update have set parameter "S-User parameters" under Print Tab of V/30 and maintain printer in SU3 (User Profile).
Actually earlier had used this functionality that's why I answered to maintain user profile but missed to update settings of V/30.
It works fine.
Thank you jignesh.mehta3 for highlighting SAP Note-1461070.
Regards,
Neeraj Jain
