output determination

Whille taking print out of an inovice system give No output has been selected for printing

whereas when i attach output type manually then it work and give print out. please give solution for this system will give automatic output.

Please maintain condition record for your output type in Tcode VV31 for billing document and VV11 for sales document.

DEAR THANX FOR YOUR REPLY , ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED FOR NEW CREATING INVOICES , HOW CAN I ASSIGN THIS OUTPUT TYPE WITH THOSE INVOICES THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CREATED.

Open all invoices and save from VF02, so that all invoices will determine output type....

HI Yasir,

Please check if the Output has been picked up at the header level in your billing document, if not please maintain the output condition records using transaction vv31. You can also maintain it manually in the billing documnet.

Check your determination log, its that small blue icon with "i" on the output screen in VF02 agaist your output type, you will know wherther condition record is exsist or not, if not maintain the same.

Hi,

Please check whether the billing document has been released to accounting or not, as the Requirement 62 mentioned in ODP requires it.
