Hi experts,
In customizing these settings are maintained:
spro - materials management - purchasing - messages - output control - condition tables - define condition table for scheduling agreement - table 503 created (for fields purchasing document type and vendor) and table 504 created (for purchasing document type)
spro - materials management - purchasing - messages - output control - access sequences - define access sequence for scheduling agreement:
Access sequence 0001
Accesses 10 / 503
Accesses 20/504
So far so good.
If I execute MN12 (messages), I get what I expect. This has been filled:
purchasing document type / vendor: left blanc
purchasing document type : LP, function VN, medium 2, time 4
If I now create a SA and I go to messages, always medium 1 is choosen with time 1. So it seems my customizing settings are not taken into account.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks a lot!

hi,
Create a condition record for your combination by using transaction MN07, So when evr you create a SA, the above combination is selected.

Hi,
thanks for the answer. I was not completely clear. I don't mean that the delivery schedule is not printed but the scheduling agreement scheduling line (when ME38 is executed). So, I don't think I need to setup MN07 but MN12 as I did. But the message is not created.
the condition table and the access sequence I created is also for scheduling agreement release.
Thanks, Peter
Check if u have made setting for creating a new output everytime the SA Sch line is released.
This is done in the followng menu
SPRO > MM > Messages > Outpuit control > MEssage Determination > Define MEssage Schema for SA > Assing message schema For SA
All the three tcks in the deternination procedure should be checked.
Hope this helps
Thanks & regards
