Hi Gurus,

Kindly help me with the Outline Agreement ?

For example : I have Outline Agreement with target value 10,000 and some PO also created. Now I want to know how many balance amount available in the Outline Agreement.

Do we have any FM ? or do we have any table ? can you please help me with the Logic ?

To check the balance amount available in the Outline Agreement, you can use the ‘Outline Agreement List’ or ‘Contract List’ report in SAP. This report will show you the total value of the Outline Agreement, the value of Purchase Orders created against it, and the remaining balance. Here are the steps to access this report:

1. Go to the SAP Easy Access menu.
2. Navigate to Logistics -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Outline Agreement -> Contract -> List.
3. Enter the necessary selection criteria such as Agreement Type, Document Number, Purchasing Organization, etc.
4. Execute the report.

In the report, you can see the ‘Net Value’ column which shows the total value of the Outline Agreement, and the ‘PO Value’ column which shows the total value of Purchase Orders created against the Outline Agreement. The difference between these two values is the remaining balance in the Outline Agreement.
