Outbound IDocs in S4 hana public cloud

Hello everyone!
We want to use couple of outbound IDocs in public s4hana system (debmas, cremas, matmas etc).
Point is to send it to CPI-DS (maybe there is another way?) and afterwards, transfer it to target non-sap system via some kind of soap request.

Could you please tell, if there is an outbound IDoc configuration in S4 hana public, as it was back in S4 on-prem? And where to find this information.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as iDOcs are related to Extensibility.

How are you? Regarding SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, the recommended protocol to perform Messaging Outbound for Objects is the usage of SAP APIs. You can check them in the link below:

iDocs as Outbounds Messages are not used in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.
