outbound delivery

Hi every body,

i had made an outbound delivery and after i made posa good issue i discovered an error occured in this outbound delivery i want to treat this eror can any body tell me how to cancel or change this document (after making post good issue)

Hi there,

In VL09 cancel the PGI, then in VL02N cancel the packing. If TO is created then cancel that also. Then you can make changes in VL02N

HI Nany,

you have to cancle the PGI with T.Code VL09. Now you can change or delet the deliverie.

you may reverse the delivery using transaction VL09 and you may delete the delivery using VL02N if you want and recreate the delivery.

when i tried to cancel the documen using vl02n

i foun this massage

( Item 10 cannot be deleted (GM status)

Message no. VL111

Diagnosis

The goods movement status (partially or completely processed) does not allow the item to be deleted.)

and when i tried to use vl09 the reverse didnot increase the storage quantity after revrse.

Dear Nany,

T. Code: VL09 - Reverse Goods Movement

Once Delivery Document is got reversed, go to:

T. Code: VL02N - Change Outbound Delivery

Key-in Del. Doc. No. and ENTER.

Here, Select all the items (or as per requirement) and delete and SAVE (or afterwards you may Delete the Del. Doc.)

Now, check your stock at storage location.
