Organizational level of supplier evaluation in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud

Hello everyone,

I am looking for clarification on the organizational level at which supplier evaluation is managed in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud, especially on the user-defined criteria and weighting apps. 

My client have multiple company codes, and each company would like to define its own evaluation logic, is it possible to manage this at the company code level, or are they managed at a global level?

Is there a way to evaluate a supplier separately per company code or purchasing organization, considering that their performance may vary from one entity to another.

Any insight, documentation or experiences would be greatly appreciated

Hello, 

There is an app Overall Supplier Evaluation that shows KPI regarding supplier evaluation:

You can set here filters default for user, to see evaluated suppliers on required organisation level.

As for different criteria in each Company Code, you can create a Template specifically for each Company requirement and users will be able to choose the one that interests them. Here you will find whole documentation regarding use of Supplier Evaluation:

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

However, could you please show me how to set a default filter for a user? I have already tried, but the system still displays results for all purchasing organizations. Also, while I understand that we can use templates specific to each company, the system still seems to evaluate and display results at a global level. There are no results filtered or broken down by Company Code.
