Dear All,
There is requirement where the client requires a graphical drawing of the organizational structure. After checking few options I found the option to generate organization structure in graphical form (Human Resources>Organizational Management>Expert Mode>Simple Maintenance).
However, there is a bit of issue with the org. chart that is generated. Previously, due to some changes in the company's org structure the org structure in the system was changed. It required creation/moving/merging of positions, departments etc. After the changes have been incorporated in the system now when I generate org chart I see that a position that was moved from department 1 to department 2 appears in both departments in the graphical chart. When it should only appear in department 2. Moreover, a department that is no longer needed also appears in the org chart. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening and how can I fix this? Please Help
Thanks!
Have you tried program RHSTRU00 ?
Note that the Selection Screen enables you to get the Report as of a certain Date (such as "Today"), and the initial Report has an icon to get the Structural Graphics.

So I tried the program that you mentioned using TCode SE38. It helped in viewing org structure in many different ways using different relationships. But the view is limited to the relationship (evaluation path) identified. What I want to know is whether I can view structure with complete departments with all positions in one view or not?
You can create Custom Evaluation Paths to show what you want, but depending on your structure, you may need a giant screen to see everything at once.

hi ,
Please check in PP01 T-code, what has been updated. give the org unit and check. two positions are there under it, if yes try to remove one and check the organization chart.. whatever has been updated in the database will be replicated as in the organizational chart..
Thanks

During the organization structure change activity the positions were moved from one department to another by dragging and dropping them between departments. So the positions weren't delimited as the same positions were to be used in different departments. In PPOME the positions that were moved to new department only appear in the new department and not in the old department but when the org chart is generated it appears in both the departments.
