Order notification integration: how to customize the block on the order header?

Hello together,

I have activated the order notification integration for a certain order type.

Now I see that in the order header a block with notification data is available:

My questions are now:

1) is it possible to modify the layout of this block in the customizing?

2) on tab "Damage" you only see  the fields for the damage and the cause - how to include also the object part and activity?

3) breakdown indicator: any change (user exit?) to have the breakdown indicator set active by default for a certain combination of order type and mainteannce activity type?

4) Malfunction end date/time: any way to have those filled automatically with date/time of the technical closure of the order?

thanks for the reply - I also found some hints on user exits, but I have not found any information on how to defaulting the breakdown indicator based on a certain planning plant / order type / maintenance activity type combination.

Anyone else some experience?

Hi Patrick,

You can breakdown indicator default in two ways

1. User Exit

2. SHDO

Breakdown indicator defaulted in Breakdown noti... | SCN

Additional to the query you have mentioned on the tabs, it will be good if you create a Custom screen using Screen Area 090 / 091, based on your requirement to add Object Part and Activities.

thanks for your answer - regarding the SDH0 proposal:

We have 1 order type with active order notification integration. But the breakdown indicator should only be set for a specific planning plant and maintenance activity type.

Example:

Order type A + planning plant 1001 + maint. activity type 100 = breakdown indicator defaulted

Order type A + planning plant 1002 + maint. activity type 100 = breakdown indicator NOT defaulted

Order type A + planning plant 1001 + maint. activity type 101 = breakdown indicator NOT defaulted

I hope the exmaples show the complexity.

Terence, do you think SDH0 is not able to do this and I have to go for a user exit?

Exactly , these scenario cannot be handled in SHD0. Best wayy forward is using User exit.

It may be a small work for the abaper.
