Operations in Maint Order Vs Operations in Strategy based Tasklist

Hello All ,

i am facing below issue in one of the Maint Order which gets generated from a strategy based tasklist . But from last 6 months , when an order gets generated , it is not taking all the operations into the order , only one operations is getting displayed in the order .But before that , all the 4 operations is used to get displayed in the orders . In Snip 1 attached , the red color highlighted is the order from where the issue has been arised . But when i check the maint packing for the operations in that tasklist , it has packaging as per below . So , we expect all 4 ops into a generated maint order , but not sure what is happening .

Can you share with us the order header and the previous order where the operations were generated ? thank you

Snip 6 is the complete list of ip24. issue had started after highlighted one.

snip 7 is the order in which has all ops

snip 8 is the order in which it has only one op.
