Operation Clock-in is not getting synced - SAP Asset Manager 2210

Hello experts,

The operation status before clock-in is as below.

I open an operation in a work order on the Asset Manager. I perform clock-in and do sync.

The sync does not give any errors, but the sync button does not vanish for the operations

The operation system status is also same after the sync. I perform hold and sync, still the system status is not changed and sync button remains.

When I start the operation -> sync , the sync button is not there and system status is updated

Finally when I complete the operation, the operation is no more available in the device and the system status in updated as

How to make sure system status is changed after clock-in? We have compared the configurations in config panel but nothing seems to be fishy.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
