ONNM - NNM1 Numbering Issue

Hi,

One of our customer is using SAP Business One 10.0 for SQL Server. There is a few integration by various 3rd party. Some are Using DIAPI (32 Bits), other DIAPI (64 Bits) and B1IF 2.0 with Service Layer Connection.

There is a high level of communication and we got 3-4 times a week a problem where we start getting the message `This entry already exists in the following tables", and SAP Stop working. It looks like if something did a rollback but the document numbering didnt roll back.

The current solution is to do the Restore Numbering File from the Support Desk menu, but since it's occured so often, we would like to find out what's going on. The various try on logging trough the profiler wasnt successull.

Anyone encountered the same issue or know what`s going on? Or any suggestion on what to check?

Que pena encontrarse con esta pregunta y que a pesar del tiempo aún no tenga una solución. Yo me encuentro en una situación similar con un cliente en estos momentos.
