One of the database Schema Export failed from SLD

Hi Experts,

We are facing the issue of schema database export from SLD. We have two live databases and one of the database got this issue but there is no issue with another DB. When I check the logs and found out that "ERROR: Other operation on the same schema in progress". I tried the check the OS level if there is any zombie process running based on the PID but there is no zombile process running for OS level for backup process. Can any of you advise if there is any solution.

Dear Team

This issue is resolve for me by doing the below steps.

1-) Login to SLD server SUSE

2-) Goto /var/log/SAPBusinessOne/BackupService/logs/NDB_192.168.64.14_30013

3-) in the above directory find the database.pid file and edit and clear all pid and save check again.
