Hi All
We have a requirement of IT0001 getting automatically updated whenever there is a change to a position. Currently, we have to manually create a new IT0001 record for the changes to a position to reflect in IT0001. Is there any standard functionality wherein any changes done to a position for e.g. a new description get reflected in IT0001 automatically.
Thanks in Advance

If the integration is active between OM and PA, when ever any object is changed in OM, that will reflect in PA, unless the object is created or changed through LSMW.

Hi Sikinder
I checked all the switches are set up appropriately. I am copying the description of the position through PP01. This creates a new record for the Object Infotype (1000). After that I'm executing RHINTE30 for the associated pernr but the latest description does not reflect.

Hi Sikindar
Thanks for the reply. I checked the switch and it is set to 'X' i.e. the latest descriptions will be reflected in IT0001. But, the documentation says that you need to run report RHINTE30 and process the batch input session. So, do we have to run the report everytime there is a change in position text.

Hi Sikindar
We are running on ECC5 version. I just created a new object record for a position maintaining the new description. But IT0001 did not have the new description. I executed RHINTE30 for this employee but still the latest description was not seen. Please can you tell me if I'm missing any step.

Vipul
