Old Memo Text Appearing on Top of All Journal Entries - SAP B1 Bug?

Hi experts, 

I'm experiencing a strange issue in SAP Business One.
In journal entries, a specific memo line from a previous entry (for example: ZİRAAT 15002 NOLU YATIRIM KREDISI 49/108 TKST ÖDEMESİ) appears above the actual memo of the current journal entry (for example: ZİRAAT 15002 NOLU YATIRIM KREDISI 56/108 TKST ÖDEMESİ), and this happens in every journal entry.
Even though the actual memo for each entry is correct, this old memo is constantly displayed at the top of the screen for every journal entry.

It seems like some kind of system bug.
How can I fix this?
For example;

Hi,

it looks that it perhabs colidate with an addon. Try to the addons and then open the window again.

Or you can try to renew the cache for the form.

Open the financal menu and before clicking on journal entry press and hold the "shift-key" on your keyboard, until the form is completly open.

Also, "Boot macht Gut". Did you test closing and restarting the client?
