Odata Model supports extensibility but is not appearing in Custom Fields & Logic app

Hi experts,

We have a problem trying to extend the data source of a form template for Service Order Quotation. When adding a new field in "Custom Fields & Logic" app, under the correct business context, the data source and the associated form templates are not appearing in the "Form Templates" tab, as they should.

System Info: S4HANA ON PREMISE 2022 01 (02/2023) FPS

Data Source: FDP_CRMS4_SERVICE_QUOTATION_SRV

Extensibility Registry:

Custom Field:

e.g. The data source FDP_CRMS4_SRV_OUTPUT_SRV is also marked for supporting custom fields in the extensibility registry and it is appearing correctly along with its' associated form templates (previous image).

Is there any configuration that we are missing here?

For anyone interested, as a workaround, I extended the standard OData Service and used the custom one (extension) as a data source for the form. Works like a charm.

Hi, I am facing the same problem. I have redefined the SAP OData service for Purchase Orders which I now want to link to my custom template. But when I go to the 'Output Management Form Template' app, I don't see my ZOData Service in the Data Source list?
