Object PMQMEL xxxx does not exist during upload of document with F2023 Report and Repair Malfunction

Hi All,

i am struggling with the following error message during the upload of an document in the app

F2023 Report and Repair Malfunction:

We have created Document Type ZPM

Object Check disabled:

Also maintained:

via CV01N no problems with uploading files....

Any Ideas ?

Does it work in the back-end transaction IW22?

Also check that the relevant notification tab us configured to show DMS documents.

Hi Pete, I have secretly been waiting for an answer from you :-))) I just booted my notebook to check your suggestion.

when I create a new notif in iw21 and add a document, i get the following selection screen (sorry for the german screenshot ;-))

Document Type ZAS and ZPM are both linked to Object PMQMEL ! And further ZAS has Object Check active !

I bet this is the reason for the error......and finally, after removing PMQMEL from ZAS I get the error

"The link to SAP object PMQMEL is not allowed for document type ZAS"

So this means, that F2023 uses the first document type in the define document type customizing. I've seen a SAP note lately that was describing this issue. I will be back soon !
