Object Information Key is not working in PM Notification/Order/Equipment

Hi All,

I have configured object information key for PM notifications, Order, Equipment and functional location. It is not updating the Notification Numbers or Order Numbers in the Object Information pop up window.

But it is showing the last created notifications/Orders for that particular technical object.

Attached screen shot for reference, experts can throw some light on this issues

Mr. kalyan.chakravarthi6 already asked this question on the portal but it still unanswered.

I have done the following Steps:

1. Define Object Information Keys
2. Assignment of Object Information Key to Functional Location Category
3. Assignment of Object Information Key to Equipment Category
4. Assign Object Information Keys to Notification Types
5. Assign Object Information Keys to Order Types
6. While creating Notification: Count is always showing ZERO

Please help me on urgent basis....

If you are still searching for the solution then you need to do below setting and execute 2-3 breakdown notifications.

Hi,

Follow this steps to resolve this issue.

1. Follow below SPRO path and perform attached settings and create few notif and check in the Notif/Order screen the Object Info. count is start updating.

SAP Customizing Implementation Guide -->Logistics - General --> Logistics Information System (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse--> Updating --> Updating Control -->Activate Update
