OBA5 Message status is I for FB772 still error in FF.5

Dear All

We are getting error message FB772 in FF.5 while uploading statement for 1 Jan 2020

Acct ICIC0000007 000XXXXXXX INR: Stmnt 202000001 opening bal.is not the same as stmnt 201904001 closing bal.

System is checking opening balance of 1 Jan 2020 with closing balance of 31 Dec 2019.
Why system is giving this error even though message is switched off in OBA5 ?

Please refer attached screenshot and help in resolving issue.
