Number range is skipping during migration of Maintenance Plan and Measuring Points.

while uploading or migrating the maintenance plan and measuring points master data templates with internal number range, system is skipping numbers in between.
skipped numbers are displaying in the find maintenance plans and change measuring points report.

The Number Range Objects MPLA_NR for Maintenance plan and IMPT for PM: Measuring Point are buffered in the Standard to improve performance. As a result internal numbers assignment is not continuous

The behaviour is outlined in the note 62077
