Notification with Outstanding Task and not there in QMSM table

Hi Team,

We are unable to close the notification and it does not appear in QMSM table. In QMEL table we could see that MAKNZ is blank. Is this due to data discrepancy. 

Can we do the configuration to activate tab 10\TAB11 for notification type in (SPRO - Set Screen Templates for Notification Type) and delete the items in Notification and revert the changes back.

Or can we follow SAP Note 1747597 and do the configuration and delete the items in Notification and revert the changes back.
