I make a user status PENDING for notification
Is There is any way to cassify our pending reasons as a list to be used for reporting such as
1- Need Complete shutdown
2- need Partial shutdown
and so on
Request clarification before answering.
You could create several such PENDING status with corresponding additional info
- PENDING - Need complete shutdown
- PENDING - Need partial shutdown...
- ...
Alternatively you could create on 'main' PENDING status (numberd) and several unnumbered addl. Status for the subdivision via reasons
To 'classify' you could also use Classification in addition to the PENDING status or work with classification compltely

Create a Revision with no dates. They can be used as a bucket for reporting Notifications or Work Orders.
