Notification for 'Edit and Approve Purchase Requisition' app

Hi,

We are implementing the 'Edit and Approve Purchase Requisition' app for approvers, however when testing the app

it looks like the requisitioner is not receiving a notification in the Fiori launchpad when the approver changed something in the PR.

Important : the requisitioner only needs to be notified in case of a change ánd approval. (not in case of approval without change)

Any ideas if this is possible ?

Email notifications can be sent to requestor in below scenarios.
- To workflow initiators (requestors) when a workflow item is approved or rejected. Template used - SWF_WORKFLOW_COMPLETE_NOTIFY
- To recipients (requestors) when a workflow item is sent back for rework. Template used - SWF_CRT_NOTIFY_RECIPIENTS
