Notes Required on Every Specific Customer Order

We are nearing our go-live date set for 11-08-23 for SAP-B1. On our current system we have notes that are in our customer master file. These notes are included and printed on every order that is generated for certain customers.

How would you recommend that I handle this?

All help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Remarks on BP master data is a text field with 256000 characters and you could call this information on the crystal report directly.

I considered that, but the remarks field in the BP Master Data is only 100 characters.

What do you think, if I use the Notes Tab on the BP Master Data and ask our consultants if the notes could be printed on the print layout. Would that be a difficult task?

You can use the Remarks field in the BP Master Data, And link this with Print Layout Design.
