Not Found Define Copying Control for Sales Document to Delivery Document in CBC

Hi Team,

In SAP Public Cloud, We have a requirement to assign Sales Document Type DL and Delivery Document NL. However, in a standard configuration, copy control is not assigned; even in public cloud CBC configuration, we do not find in the CBC the Define Copying Control for Sales Document to Delivery Document. Therefore we can't create the delivery. See the below screenshot for the error message. How can we assign it? 

In addition, there are no maintain  schedule line item categories in the public cloud. Only the assignment is there; however, we don't find item category NLN with schedule line category, and in the assignment, the system can't allow creating new ones. We can't understand which schedule line categories belong to the 641 movement type. 

Furthermore, we didn't find the Define Copying Control for Delivery Document to Billing Document; the copy control Delivery Document NL to Billing Document F8.

We need your help and suggestions to achieve these requirements. What will be the steps? Do we need to send a request to SAP to create and configure these? or any other way. Please provide your valuable feedback.

To activate this copy control configuration for Stock Transfer Orders, please enable the 1P9 Scope item in your system

Hi @Vivek_SavantI am looking for the scope that you mentioned. However, what about my other two points? In my opinion, we need to go for the Expert Configuration Request for it. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello @abulhasnat 

In the current version of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (2408), it is not possible to maintain the schedule line category or create new entries for copy control. You must need to use standard configuration provided.

As mentioned earlier, you need to activate the 1P9 Scope Item as per SAP Best Practices. Once this scope item is activated, the necessary configuration will become available in the copy control settings.

I am communicating with SAP to activate the Scope 1P9—Intercompany Stock Transfer—Domestic.

Noted your point. Let's see what happens after activating the scope 1P9 you mentioned. 

Earlier, we have created WCR if any related configuration is missing in standard.
