Not authorized for Create Document with custom DMS document type in S/4HANA Public Cloud

We are getting the error in Create Document (CV01n) app as not authorized for Create Document with custom document type beginning with Z

But for the User we have already assigned the respective catalogs :  SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_MC  & SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_EXTD_MC  with full access, but still the same

The Business Catalog SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_CUSTOM_PC is required to allow maintenance of Custom Document Types.

Please check the resource Configuring the Business Catalog for Custom Document Types

Please assign SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_CUSTOM_PC to the user involved.
