Not allocated difference in CKMLCP

In ckmlcp settlement, we have several material with Not allocated difference,for example, material 10081465, in our opinion, the difference should be allocated to Consumption because inventory is 0,but it is very strange that the system remain not allocated amount.

It looks like a not-allocated amount due to stock transfer. SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/1664283 explains the possible reasons for "Not allocated price differences for stock transfer postings plant to plant", i.e. the receiving plant is not included in the same actual costing run, or the receiver material has a price determination 2 (instead of 3), which makes it not subject to actual costing run.

If it doesn't solve the problem, a ticket might be needed to grant access to the system for in-depth analysis.
