Not able to upload values of UDF via DTW SAP B1

Hello Community,

Recently I am uploading transactional data ( Goods Receipt) from DTW and there are some UDFs in document level for which I need to upload values , how to add those UDFs in the excel templates, please guide.

Hi,

To add UDFs to the Excel templates in DTW, follow these steps:

1- Login to DTW.
2- Go to Templates and select Customize Template.
3- Click on Select Object.
4- In your case, navigate to Inventory > Inventory Transactions > Goods Receipt.
5- Highlight Document and expand the drop-down list by clicking the + symbol to check if the UDFs you created appear in the list.
6- Once confirmed, right-click on Document and select Create Template for Structure.
This will generate a new template with the UDFs included, allowing you to populate and upload the required data.
