Hi Gurus,
time sheet data has been successfully Released for approval & was approved through CAT_APPR_LITE.
but now when i am tring to transfer the data to CO through CAT7 I am not able to get any data, system give a MSG- No data for transfer.
Can any body please guide me on the same.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
CATS is the Cross Application Time Sheet which is not related to any component on its roots, only after you perform the transfer. So, if you have entries on specific fields which are related to specific target
components, after you approve the entries on the Time Sheet you would have values on the specific Interface Tables:
HR: PTEX2000
CO: CATSCO
Each modification that you perform always has its entries saved on theCATSDB.
So, probably you are inputting values that are not relevant for CO and that is the reason you don't have any entries on the CATSCO, which in turn is why you have the error message "No data for transfer" when
running CAT7.
Examples of fields that is relevant for CO are:
-> Sender Cost Center / CATS-SKOSTL
-> Sender Business Proecss / CATSD-SPRZNR
-> Rec. Business Process / CATSD-RPRZNR
Bottom line, you enter data on these fields, you would have entries
on CATSDB and when approved you would have data on CATSCO so that
you could transfer via CAT7.

I am working on External Services (MM-SRV): Entry of services performed for external services.
So here i am using Sender PO with Sender CostCntr & Receiver Cost Cntr wlong with activity type.
My requiremnet is to make the payment to the employee against PO, but sytem is not updating CATSCO, i am wondering how to go about it.

im facing the same issu but with transferring data to PS , i was able to successfully enter an employee's time in the timesheet, for each of WBS element; however, when trying to transfer the data to PS via CAT5. the system displays a message saying that there are no records to transfer.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this constraint?
