SAP Business One version 10.0 FP 2108 HANA.
The user PC is able to enter Vietnamese characters in Words and Excel. However, not able to enter Vietnamese characters in SAP Business One all the fields. There is no issue if the user enter the Vietnamese characters in Words or Excel, then paste it into SAP Business One fields.
When the user tried to enter Vietnamese characters in SAP Business One, it appear like the attached print screen below, just like normal English characters.
The correct should appear like the below print screen users entered in Words.
Any idea?
