Not able to create the Communication Arrangement in S/4HANA Cloud

Dear Colleagues,

I came across this error when creating a Communication Arrangements SAP_COM_0008 in S4 HANA Cloud Public additional & I would like to share this information.

When saving the Communication Arrangement the following error appears:

" Multiple Addresses not supported in source system"

Hello,

The Multiple Address Handling is not activated on this system.

When creating the Communication Arrangements in the Additional Properties "No Multiple Address Handling" the property value should be empty.

This is not required when the Multiple Address Handling is not active on the system.
