Not able to call a s/4hana(on premise) api using action projects from sap build process automation

Hello Experts,

We are trying to call s/4hana standard api for business partner using action projects.

Below is the partial url -

"sap/opu/odata/sap/md_businesspartner_srv/C_BPEmailAddress" that is setup in the destination.

While executing our automation code, it fails with  below errors-

error messages-

Action execution resulted in ECONNRESET with message read ECONNRESET

query ENOFOUND <<our hostname>>

note- our desktop agent version - 3.39.45

We have setup cloud connector setting as per guide and destination is also working fine.

The url works fine at browser level as well.

Has anybody noticed any similar errors recently?

This setup was working fine before but has now stopped working suddenly from jan 2025 onwards.

Please advise.
