You are correct that the application cannot be found using keywords. I have found a way to help locate the application. Here is the documentation I referred to: https://me.sap.com/notes/0003315026

To start:

1. Go to the homepage of your SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
2. Click on Account.
3. Select App Finder, as shown in the image below:

Next, search for the Evaluate Capacity application in App Finder.
Once you find it, open the application. The image below shows how it looks:

The result of the application’s work will be shown below:
