No Work Orders Downloaded

Hi,

We are trying to implement SSAM 2410 and have reviewed lots of documentation but still unable to download work orders and notifications to mobile app (Functional Locations and Equipment have downloaded successfully, 'out of box')

I have set the following for work orders

Perona - Maintenance Tech (Pro)

OMDO  Filter - SAM2410_Order_Type with category, order type and planning plant

OMDO  Filter - SAM2410_Work_Order_Generic with main wc, ord type, planning Plant PM_Phase, WO assignment Type.

Have tried both Handler and Userparam rules

What am I missing?

Haven't touched Notification ODMO settings yet but out of box is also not working.

Ensure that the OMDO filters are correctly assigned to the Persona and the user has the required authorization roles. Check if Mobile Data Object (MDO) sync rules are correctly configured for work orders. Also, validate the ODMO settings for notifications and verify if the Sync Criteria in MDK metadata allows downloading work orders and notifications.
